How to create a profile
A profile is your public card for college coaches. Set it up once, then add video, a schedule, and pitching or hitting files whenever you have a new session.
01
Create an account
Open Sign in and choose Create account. Enter your full name, the username that shows on the roster, your email, and a password. One account is one profile.
02
Open your card
After you create the account you land on your profile. Choose Edit profile. Sign in later and use My profile in the menu to get back to the same card.
03
Fill in who you are
Add a photo, your school, team, class year, height, weight, and commitment. Pick one primary position and any secondaries. Primary decides what opens first: pitching for RHP or LHP, hitting for every other spot. Set throws and bats.
04
Add your work and save
Upload the pieces below. None of them are required. Choose Save changes when you are done. The card then shows on the Players roster.
Profile Features
Photo
A headshot on the roster card and the top of the profile. JPG or PNG works best.

60-yard dash, peak exit velocity, average exit velocity, and outfield velocity.
Notes
A short write-up under your name.
Highlights
YouTube, Vimeo, or Hudl links.
Schedule
Upcoming games, showcases, and tournaments, each with a date, opponent, and location.
Recruiting links
Perfect Game, Prep Baseball, Instagram, X, and any other page a coach should open.
Pitching sessions
As many Trackman or Rapsodo PDFs or CSVs as you have. Each file is its own session with a date and Bullpen or Live ABs. The profile charts movement against SEC averages and lets a viewer look at individual pitches. This section appears when RHP or LHP is a position.
Hitting sessions
As many HitTrax or Rapsodo PDFs or CSVs as you have. Each session has a date and an environment: Tee, Underhand Soft Toss, Overhand Darts, BP, Machine, or Live ABs. Open one session or all of them together. The page shows max exit velocity, average exit velocity, and top 1/8 exit velocity next to a typical SEC hitter, plus max distance, a spray chart, and a 9-square. Switch hitters pick a side of the plate for each file. This section appears when you list a position-player spot.
